Description

Tender slices of turkey wrapped around savory stuffing, smothered in rich gravy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 slices of thin, cooked turkey breast
  • 2 cups of prepared stuffing
  • 1 cup of gravy
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 onion (optional, for stuffing mix)
  • 1 celery stalk (optional, for stuffing mix)
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread stuffing evenly onto each turkey slice, then roll tightly.
  3. Place rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
  4. Pour gravy generously over the rolls.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes until heated through.
  6. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes for a slightly golden top.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with extra gravy.

Notes

  • Feel free to add additional herbs to the stuffing for extra flavor.
  • Leftover turkey works great for this recipe.
  • Can be served with mashed potatoes or green beans for a complete meal.
