- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Shrimp: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Mix Base: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, remaining smoked paprika, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, and half of the chopped green onions. Mix until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Chop cooked shrimp into small pieces, leaving a few whole for garnish. Fold the chopped shrimp into the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with remaining whole shrimp and green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
