Flaky golden pastry filled with gooey chocolate and fluffy marshmallow – a campfire treat made easy.
Ingredients

- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chocolate squares
- ½ cup marshmallow creme
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sprinkling)
- Extra graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into 6 circles.
- Place chocolate and marshmallow creme in the center of each circle.
- Fold over and press edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush tops with egg wash, sprinkle with graham crumbs (and sugar if desired).
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm and gooey.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- These hand pies can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
- Serve with extra chocolate sauce for dipping.
