- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 12–15 minutes.
- Stir in onion and sausage slices, cooking until sausage is browned.
- Add green beans, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook an additional 8–10 minutes until beans are tender.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve hot straight from the skillet.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
