Description

Savory smoked sausage tossed with tender potatoes, fresh green beans, and onions in a flavorful skillet meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 12–15 minutes.
  3. Stir in onion and sausage slices, cooking until sausage is browned.
  4. Add green beans, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cover and cook an additional 8–10 minutes until beans are tender.
  6. Garnish with parsley.
  7. Serve hot straight from the skillet.

  • Adjust seasoning according to taste.
  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
