Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup raspberry jam
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for jam)
  • Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into 8 triangles.
  3. Place a teaspoon of raspberry jam near the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll from the wide end to the tip to form croissant shapes, sealing edges well.
  5. Brush with beaten egg for shine.
  6. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with fresh raspberries.
