- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- ½ cup raspberry jam
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for jam)
- Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into 8 triangles.
- Place a teaspoon of raspberry jam near the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll from the wide end to the tip to form croissant shapes, sealing edges well.
- Brush with beaten egg for shine.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with fresh raspberries.

- Ensure the puff pastry is fully thawed before use.
- For a richer flavor, add vanilla extract to the raspberry jam.
