Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the melted chocolate and peppermint extract until well combined.
- Carefully fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings and fresh mint leaves.
