- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder

- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup caramel sauce (for glaze)
- 1 cup chopped chocolate + crushed toffee for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Alternate adding flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and sour cream + milk mixture.
- Divide batter; stir cocoa powder into one half. Layer batters in the pan, swirling lightly for a marble effect.
- Bake 55–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel glaze generously over cooled cake.
- Sprinkle chopped chocolate and toffee bits on top before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use high-quality cocoa powder.
- Let the cake cool completely before adding the glaze to prevent it from melting.
