Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (for glaze)
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate + crushed toffee for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  3. Alternate adding flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and sour cream + milk mixture.
  4. Divide batter; stir cocoa powder into one half. Layer batters in the pan, swirling lightly for a marble effect.
  5. Bake 55–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  6. Drizzle caramel glaze generously over cooled cake.
  7. Sprinkle chopped chocolate and toffee bits on top before serving.
