Description

A delicious and easy honey garlic shrimp recipe served over rice or quinoa with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Green onions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for an additional minute.
  5. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice or quinoa and mixed vegetables.
  6. Top each bowl with the honey garlic shrimp and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.
