Description
This delicious breakfast casserole features flaky crescent dough topped with ham, cheese, and eggs, perfect for any meal of the day!

- 8 ounces crescent dough
- 8 ounces Petit Jean Sliced Ham (diced)
- 6 slices Swiss Cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1/2 bell pepper (diced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Press seams together.
- Place cheese slices over crescent dough in a single layer.
- Beat eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- Pour over cheese layer.
- Sprinkle onions and half of peppers over the egg mixture.
- Add chopped ham and remaining peppers.
- Bake for 35 – 40 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cut into squares.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator overnight before baking.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
