Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Lobster meat (cooked, chopped)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve a little pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and a splash of pasta water for a silky sauce.
  5. Gently fold in cooked lobster pieces and heat through.
  6. Toss pasta in the sauce until coated.
  7. Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, then serve hot.
