- 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup Lobster meat (cooked, chopped)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve a little pasta water.
- In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and a splash of pasta water for a silky sauce.
- Gently fold in cooked lobster pieces and heat through.
- Toss pasta in the sauce until coated.
- Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, then serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Ensure the lobster is cooked before adding to the sauce.
