Instructions

- Roll out dough and cut into rounds; cut heart centers out of half the cookies.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden, then cool completely.
- Dust the heart-cut cookies with powdered sugar.
- Spread jam on the solid cookies, then sandwich with the cut-out tops so the jam shows through the heart.
