- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup béchamel (white sauce)
- 1 ½ cups tomato sauce

- Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onion, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, béchamel, and mozzarella — repeat until filled.
- Finish with a layer of béchamel and cheese on top.
- Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and garnish with parsley before serving.
