Instructions

  1. Bake cinnamon rolls and let them cool completely.
  2. Slice rolls into layers and arrange in the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Brush rolls lightly with espresso or strong coffee.
  4. Whip mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
