Ingredients
- Baked cinnamon rolls (homemade or store-bought)
- Mascarpone cheese
- Heavy cream
- Brewed espresso or strong coffee
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder
- Caramel sauce (optional drizzle)
- Coffee beans (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bake cinnamon rolls and let them cool completely.
- Slice rolls into layers and arrange in the bottom of a springform pan.
- Brush rolls lightly with espresso or strong coffee.
- Whip mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Spread a thick layer of cream mixture over the rolls.
- Repeat with more cinnamon rolls and cream until the pan is filled.
- Dust with cocoa powder, drizzle caramel, garnish with coffee beans, and chill at least 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
- For best results, use freshly brewed espresso.
- Allow the cake to chill for at least 4 hours to set properly.
- Caramel sauce is optional but adds a nice touch.
