Fluffy slider rolls stuffed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, baked to perfection.

- 12 Slider rolls
- 6 Eggs
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Everything bagel seasoning (or sesame seeds)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Scramble eggs with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
- Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar, and bacon evenly over the rolls.
- Place top halves of rolls on, then brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding diced vegetables or different types of cheese.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
