Description

Fluffy slider rolls stuffed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Slider rolls
  • 6 Eggs
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Everything bagel seasoning (or sesame seeds)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. Scramble eggs with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
  3. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar, and bacon evenly over the rolls.
  5. Place top halves of rolls on, then brush with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
