Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce (for filling)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, boil water, butter, sugar, and salt. Stir in flour until dough forms.
- Cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Transfer dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe strips of dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Roll warm churros in cinnamon sugar.
- Fill a piping bag with caramel sauce and inject into the center of each churro.
- Serve warm and enjoy the gooey caramel center.
Notes
- Ensure the oil is at the right temperature for frying to achieve crispy churros.
- For extra flavor, you can add vanilla extract to the dough.
