Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, boil water, butter, sugar, and salt. Stir in flour until dough forms.
  2. Cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  3. Transfer dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
  4. Pipe strips of dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Roll warm churros in cinnamon sugar.
  6. Fill a piping bag with caramel sauce and inject into the center of each churro.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey caramel center.
