Description

- 1 lb shrimp (shell-on)
- 1 lb mussels or clams
- 1 lb crawfish
- 2 smoked sausages, sliced
- 2 ears of corn, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add corn; cook for 10 minutes.
- Add sausage and seafood to the pot, cooking until shrimp turns pink and mussels open.
- In a separate pan, melt butter with garlic and Cajun seasoning to make the sauce.
- Drain the seafood mix and transfer to a large serving tray or bowl.
- Pour the Cajun butter sauce over the seafood and toss to coat evenly.
- Squeeze lemon wedges over the top for brightness.
- Serve hot with extra melted butter or dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to taste.
- For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper.
