Description

A bold and spicy seafood boil loaded with shrimp, mussels, crawfish, sausage, and corn — drenched in buttery Cajun flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp (shell-on)
  • 1 lb mussels or clams
  • 1 lb crawfish
  • 2 smoked sausages, sliced
  • 2 ears of corn, halved
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add corn; cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add sausage and seafood to the pot, cooking until shrimp turns pink and mussels open.
  3. In a separate pan, melt butter with garlic and Cajun seasoning to make the sauce.
  4. Drain the seafood mix and transfer to a large serving tray or bowl.
  5. Pour the Cajun butter sauce over the seafood and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Squeeze lemon wedges over the top for brightness.
  7. Serve hot with extra melted butter or dipping sauce on the side.
