Description

A delicious breakfast tortilla wrap filled with scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and hash browns.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup ground breakfast sausage, cooked
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked hash browns (or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 tbsp salsa (optional)
  • 1 small tortilla or extra piece for center seal
  • Butter or oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Lay out large tortilla and layer scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and hash browns in the center. Add salsa if using.
  2. Place a small tortilla round or cutout over the filling to help seal the wrap.
  3. Fold edges of the big tortilla over the center in sections to form a hexagon.
  4. Pan-sear seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat with a little butter or oil. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  5. Slice and serve hot—perfect for dipping or grabbing on the go.
