Description

Fudgy brownies topped with white chocolate, candy eyeballs, and drizzled “bloody” raspberry sauce for a gory Halloween dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup White chocolate (for topping)
  • Candy eyeballs (or marshmallows with chocolate centers)
  • Raspberry or strawberry sauce (for “blood”)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a square baking pan with parchment.
  2. Melt butter, whisk with cocoa and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Fold in flour until just combined and spread batter in the pan.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, then cool slightly.
  5. Melt white chocolate and spread over the brownies.
  6. Place candy eyeballs (or homemade ones) on top while chocolate is soft.
  7. Drizzle raspberry or strawberry sauce around the eyes for a bloody effect.

Notes

  • Ensure the brownies are cooled slightly before adding the white chocolate to prevent it from melting too much.
  • For a more intense flavor, use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate for the topping.
