Description
Fudgy brownies topped with white chocolate, candy eyeballs, and drizzled “bloody” raspberry sauce for a gory Halloween dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup White chocolate (for topping)
- Candy eyeballs (or marshmallows with chocolate centers)
- Raspberry or strawberry sauce (for “blood”)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a square baking pan with parchment.
- Melt butter, whisk with cocoa and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in flour until just combined and spread batter in the pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, then cool slightly.
- Melt white chocolate and spread over the brownies.
- Place candy eyeballs (or homemade ones) on top while chocolate is soft.
- Drizzle raspberry or strawberry sauce around the eyes for a bloody effect.
Notes
- Ensure the brownies are cooled slightly before adding the white chocolate to prevent it from melting too much.
- For a more intense flavor, use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate for the topping.
