Ingredients

  • 250g Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup Espresso or strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 100g Ladyfingers or sponge cake crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Blackberries or blueberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, and a splash of vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in finely crumbled ladyfingers soaked lightly in espresso — just enough to moisten.
  3. Melt white chocolate and coat silicone molds or shape into hollow shells.
  4. Fill with the tiramisu mixture, then seal with more melted white chocolate.
  5. Chill for 1 hour until firm.
  6. Dust tops with cocoa powder and garnish with berries.
  7. Serve cold for a rich, creamy contrast of flavors and textures.
