Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, and a splash of vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in finely crumbled ladyfingers soaked lightly in espresso — just enough to moisten.
- Melt white chocolate and coat silicone molds or shape into hollow shells.
- Fill with the tiramisu mixture, then seal with more melted white chocolate.
- Chill for 1 hour until firm.
- Dust tops with cocoa powder and garnish with berries.
- Serve cold for a rich, creamy contrast of flavors and textures.
