Description
Deliciously soft and chewy cookies packed with white chocolate chips and crunchy macadamia nuts.
Ingredients

- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips (plus some extra for the top)
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix.
- In a large bowl add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, and mix until creamy.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix just until combined.
- Mix in the dry ingredients just until combined.
- Using a spatula or wooden spoon, fold in the chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Refrigerate the cookie dough for 2 hours.
- Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, place scoops on the baking sheets, and add a few more white chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes, cookies will continue to cook as they cool.
Notes
- For best results, refrigerate dough before baking to prevent cookies from spreading too much.
- These cookies are delicious warm out of the oven or at room temperature.
