Description

A quick and easy tuna salad recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 (5-ounce can) water-packed tuna (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon pickle relish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the drained tuna to a small bowl and break it up with a fork.
  2. Stir in the mayonnaise, celery, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and relish, if using, until evenly mixed.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
