A quick and easy tuna salad recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 (5-ounce can) water-packed tuna (drained)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery (diced)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon pickle relish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the drained tuna to a small bowl and break it up with a fork.
- Stir in the mayonnaise, celery, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and relish, if using, until evenly mixed.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
