Mini bell peppers turned into cheesy ghost faces — the perfect Halloween appetizer.

- 20 mini bell peppers (halved, seeds removed)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Black olives (for ghost faces)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill each mini pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Cut olives into small shapes (eyes, mouths) and press into cheese filling to form ghost faces.
- Arrange peppers on the baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is bubbly and peppers are tender.
- Serve warm as a festive spooky snack.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
