Ingredients

  • Green apples – 2 large
  • Dark chocolate – 150g (melted)
  • White chocolate – 100g (melted)
  • Popsicle sticks – 8
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (to prevent browning)
  • Parchment paper (for setup)
  • Optional: colored candy melts for decoration

Instructions

  1. Slice apples into thick rounds, removing seeds. Brush lightly with lemon juice.
  2. Push a popsicle stick into the base of each apple slice.
  3. Coat half the slices in melted dark chocolate and half in melted white chocolate. Place on parchment paper.
