Ingredients

  • Fresh sushi-grade salmon
  • Nori sheets
  • Sushi rice
  • Avocado
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce
  • Sriracha + mayo (for spicy sauce)
  • Green onions
  • Rice vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt (for rice seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice, then season with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; let cool.
  2. Dice salmon and mix with spicy mayo (sriracha + mayo) and soy sauce.
  3. Slice avocado into thin pieces.
  4. Cut nori sheets in half; place sushi rice diagonally on one side.
