Description
A warm and comforting spiced tea infused with cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger.
Ingredients

- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 black tea bags (Assam or Darjeeling)
- 1–2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cardamom pods (crushed)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (sliced)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- Sweetener to taste (honey or sugar)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a medium saucepan.
- Add cinnamon sticks, crushed cardamom pods, and ginger slices; simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
- Reduce heat, add black tea bags, and steep for another 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in sweetener and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add milk while stirring gently; whisk for froth if desired.
- Serve hot in mugs; garnish with extra cinnamon if preferred.
Notes
- This tea can be adjusted to taste with more or less sweetener, and you can try different types of milk.
