Description

A deliciously creamy dip made with Swiss cheese, cream cheese, and corned beef, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz each) packages cream cheese (cubed)
  • 16 oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • 14 oz sauerkraut (drained and rinsed)
  • 6 oz cooked corned beef (chopped)
  • 1 cup thousand island dressing
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Crackers for dipping

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef, thousand island dressing, and milk in a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until everything is melted and creamy.
  3. Stir 1-2 times during the cook time to make sure everything melts evenly.
  4. Serve with crackers, for dipping.
