Description
A soothing tea combining the floral notes of rose buds and hibiscus.
Ingredients

- 4 cups filtered water
- 2 Tablespoons rose buds (or petals)
- 1 Tablespoon hibiscus petals
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the 3 ingredients.
- Bring the water to a simmer and turn off the heat, stirring briefly to saturate the buds.
- Allow the tea to steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain it, as the hibiscus blossoms can be bitter if steeped too long.
- Sweeten and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
- For a stronger flavor, steep the tea for a few more minutes, but be cautious with hibiscus.
