Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

- Roll tightly into a log and cut into finger-sized pieces.
- Arrange in baking dish and brush tops with more butter.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Meanwhile, simmer honey, sugar, water, and lemon juice into a syrup.
- Pour warm syrup over hot baklava rolls, sprinkle with extra nuts, and let soak before serving.
