Ingredients
- Fresh raspberries (or raspberry jam)
- All-purpose flour
- Butter
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Lemon juice
- Vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a thin strudel dough or use phyllo sheets.
- Roll dough into a large rectangle, brushing with melted butter.
- Spread raspberry jam or fresh raspberry mixture evenly over dough.
- Roll tightly into a log and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush top with egg wash for shine.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and slice to reveal swirls.
