Description
This creamy spinach yogurt dip is perfect for parties and gatherings!
Ingredients

- 16 ounces Plain Greek Yogurt (reduced fat)
- 10 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed, squeezed dry)
- 8 ounces Water Chestnuts (drained and chopped)
- 3 tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix (one packet)
- 4 green onions (sliced thin, plus more for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt and ranch dressing mix. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Add the spinach, sliced green onions and finely chopped water chestnuts to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
- Garnish with green onion tops and a few red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 1 day in advance.

- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks for a great appetizer.
