Ingredients

  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter and ranch dressing mix; stir in minced garlic.
  4. Pour half of the mixture over the chicken, ensuring even coating.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, then drizzle remaining ranch mixture over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
