A delicious marinated London Broil steak perfect for grilling or broiling.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs London Broil steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Place the London Broil in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill or broiler to high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Grill or broil the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side, depending on thickness, for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
