Description

A delicious marinated London Broil steak perfect for grilling or broiling.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs London Broil steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Place the London Broil in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill or broiler to high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  5. Grill or broil the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side, depending on thickness, for medium-rare.
  6. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
