Description

A no-bake layered treat with Oreo crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and rich chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or heavy cream whipped)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • Mini peanut butter cups (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×9 pan to form the crust. Chill to set.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy, then spread evenly over the crust.
  4. Heat heavy cream until hot, pour over chocolate chips, and stir into a smooth ganache.
  5. Pour ganache over the peanut butter layer, spreading evenly.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Garnish with mini peanut butter cups before slicing and serving.
