Ingredients
- Dumpling wrappers
- Ground pork (or chicken)
- Cabbage (finely chopped)
- Green onions
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Garlic

- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix ground pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper, pleat edges, and pinch to seal into a pouch.
- Heat oil in a skillet and place dumplings flat side down.
- Cook until bottoms turn golden brown.
- Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam dumplings until cooked through.
- Uncover and let water evaporate, leaving crispy bottoms.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
