- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Nutella for filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
- Cook until edges are golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
- Remove from skillet and spread Nutella on one half.
- Fold the crepe and serve warm.

- These crepes can be filled with any desired filling.
- You can add fruits or whipped cream as toppings.
