Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into thin strips to create “bandages.”
- Wrap each meatball loosely with pastry strips, leaving small gaps for eyes.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Cut olive pieces and place as eyes once slightly cooled.
- Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce on the side.
