Ingredients

- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Matcha Powder
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
- Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Prepare your toppings while waiting.
- When ready to serve the oats, add any desired toppings.
- Enjoy with fresh fruits or additional maple syrup as desired.
