Description

Deliciously creamy and nutritious matcha overnight oats perfect for a healthy breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  4. Prepare your toppings while waiting.
  5. When ready to serve the oats, add any desired toppings.
  6. Enjoy with fresh fruits or additional maple syrup as desired.
