Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (vanilla powder can be used as an alternative)
- 1 cup milk (can substitute with almond, soy, or oat milk)
- 1 cup yoghurt (Greek or dairy-free versions work well)
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (can replace with favorite nuts or omit)
- 1/4 cup puffed rice (granola or cereal can also be used)
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate (melted for drizzling)
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, milk, and yoghurt in a large bowl or jar. Stir thoroughly for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Fold in chopped hazelnuts and optional puffed rice, stirring gently to distribute evenly.
- Melt dark chocolate for about 20-30 seconds in the microwave and drizzle over the oat mixture.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled from the jar or bowl. Top with extra chopped nuts, fresh fruits, or coconut.
