Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Rolls are a quick and irresistible snack, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 sticks or slices of mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a tray with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into 8 equal rectangles.
- Layer one slice of ham and one cheese stick on each piece.
- Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the tray.
- Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle Parmesan and oregano.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve warm for the perfect cheesy pull!
Notes
- For a different flavor, try using different types of cheese.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with a dipping sauce for added flavor.
