Ingredients

  • 8 croissants
  • 8 ounces ham, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces cheese, shredded
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the ham and cheese over the croissants.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant layers.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
