Ingredients

  • 8 croissants
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants in half and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the diced ham and shredded cheese over the croissants.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered croissants, ham, and cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
