- 8 croissants
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the croissants in half and layer them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the diced ham and shredded cheese over the croissants.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered croissants, ham, and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
