- 6 croissants
- 8 ounces cooked ham, diced
- 8 ounces cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, cut croissants into halves and layer half of them on the bottom.
- Sprinkle diced ham over the croissants, followed by half of the shredded cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining croissants, ham, and cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered croissants, ensuring they are well soaked.
- Let it sit for 20 minutes to absorb the mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- This dish can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
