Ingredients

  • 6 croissants
  • 8 ounces cooked ham, diced
  • 8 ounces cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, cut croissants into halves and layer half of them on the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle diced ham over the croissants, followed by half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining croissants, ham, and cheese.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layered croissants, ensuring they are well soaked.
  7. Let it sit for 20 minutes to absorb the mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
