- 6 croissants
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ham and cheese; sprinkle over croissants.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour over the croissant mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Feel free to substitute the ham with cooked sausage or bacon.
