Ingredients

  • 6 croissants
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix ham and cheese; sprinkle over croissants.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour over the croissant mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
