Ingredients

- 6 croissants
- 8 ounces ham
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the croissants in half and layer them in a greased baking dish.
- Add chopped ham and Swiss cheese in between the layers of croissant.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant layers, making sure to soak them well.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- This recipe can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Feel free to substitute the ham and cheese with your favorite varieties.
