Ingredients

  • 6 croissants
  • 8 ounces ham, diced
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut croissants in half and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle ham and cheese evenly over croissants.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
