- 6 buttery croissants
- 1 cup shredded ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the croissants into halves and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Add the shredded ham and cheese evenly over the croissant halves.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator overnight.
