Ingredients

  • 6 buttery croissants
  • 1 cup shredded ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants into halves and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Add the shredded ham and cheese evenly over the croissant halves.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
