- 6 buttery croissants
- 8 ounces ham, diced
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Slice the croissants in half and layer them in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the diced ham and shredded cheese over the croissants.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
