Ingredients

  • 6 buttery croissants
  • 8 ounces ham, diced
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Slice the croissants in half and layer them in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the diced ham and shredded cheese over the croissants.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant layers.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
