Description

Garlic Butter Steak with Cheesy Baked Potato & Broccoli is a must-try dish that combines juicy steak with creamy cheesy potatoes and vibrant broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Prick potatoes with a fork, rub with olive oil and salt, and bake 30–35 minutes until tender.
  2. Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over high heat; sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side, then baste with butter and garlic.
  4. Steam or sauté broccoli until just tender and bright green; toss with a little butter and salt.
  5. Split open baked potatoes, fluff inside, and top with butter and cheddar cheese.
  6. Slice rested steak thinly against the grain.
  7. Plate with broccoli and baked potato, and drizzle steak juices over the top.
