Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken breast pieces with olive oil. Add flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, and stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Swirl the pan to coat the bottom evenly with melted butter.
