- 2 cups Sushi Rice
- 1 lb Salmon
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Green Onions
- 2 sheets Nori Sheets
Instructions
- Cook your sushi rice according to the package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled sushi rice, flaked salmon, mayonnaise, and Sriracha.
- Grease a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly across the bottom.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Arborio rice can be used as a substitute for sushi rice.
- Both fresh and canned salmon work well for this recipe.
- Spicy mayo can be used for added heat.
- Tamari can be used for a gluten-free option.
- Chives can be used as an alternative to green onions.
